Kerċem Fiesta hosts motocross event

The second edition of XTreme Trials & EnduroCross kicks off tomorrow during the 2016 Kerċem Fiesta in Gozo. Organised by the Gozo Motocross Association (GMA), in collaboration with the Kerċem local council, this event follows the first successful edition that took place in Munxar last December. It will incorporate exciting and challenging competitions in an enclosed, open-air area under artificiallighting. Riders with trials, enduro and motocross bikes will attempt to ride their vehicles along a demanding track riddled with obstacles and hurdles. Races will take place tomorrow and on Saturday, starting at 8pm. Entrance to the event is free and while there is no age limit, children must be accompanied by responsible adults. Riders wishing to participate can register through the GMA’s Facebook page, by sending an e-mail to gozomotocrossassociation@gmail.com or even on the day.
