Insurance company certified for nurturing gender equality

The National Commission for the Promotion of Equality awarded Argus Insurance Agencies Ltd with an Equality Mark Certificate for nurturing equal treatment at the workplace. NCPE Commissioner Renee Laiviera said: “This certification is based on evidence of a true commitment by Argus Insurance Agencies Ltd to implement relevant gender equality policies and practices as well as family-friendly measures at the place of work and in the access to and provision of goods and services.” Argus chief executive Vanessa Borg said: “Argus continuously strives to improve its people-related strategies aimed at improvement and the effective management of talent.
