BUGEJA. On August 29, in Sicily, CARMEN of Marsaxlokk, aged 55, passed away peacefully to meet the Risen Lord, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband George, her children Ritianne, George and his wife Alexandra, Daniela and her boyfriend Jonathan, Christian, Rosmar and Elvin, her grand­children Azalia, Zdenjik, Luke and Liam, her father Salvu, her father-in-law George, brothers and sisters, in-laws and their respective families, cousins, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Saturday, September 3, at 8am for Xatt is-Sajjieda, Marsaxlokk. At 8.30am the Our Lady of Pompei Band will accompany the cortège to Our Lady of Pompei parish church, Marsaxlokk, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to the Malta Community Chest Fund, Valletta, will be greatly appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
