ATTARD. On July 23, HELMA, née Gollcher, widow of Lt. Col. William Attard, aged 94, passed away peacefully at Mater Dei Hospital, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her sad loss her children Wilhelmina, wife of Michele Sottile, George and his fiancée Jowita Mircea, and Martyn and his wife Seda, her grandchildren Michela, Alessandro, Alan, Ana and Mira-Helma, her great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Wednesday, July 26, at 9am for Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 9.30am, followed by interment in the family chapel at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
