Ex-Italy, Juve keeper in Malta

Former Italy and Juventus goalkeeper Stefano Tacconi was hosted at The Victoria hotel in Sliema. The 59-year Perugia-born footballer was in Malta between March 10 and 12. Tacconi, known to be the only goalkeeper to have won all international club competitions while playing for Juventus, was attending an event for local Juventus supporters. Many football experts consider Tacconi as one of the best goalkeepers of his generation. He is seen here with the hotel’s house manager Mario Messina.
