MICALLEF. On August 7, at Mater Dei Hospital, ALFRED of Birkirkara, aged 76, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Carmen, his children Joseph and his wife Jennifer, Sister Glorianne Micallef, QTC, Sharon and her husband Manuel, and Ramona and her fiancé Jason, his grandchildren Yanika, Larken, Erika, Ilenia, Enya-Maria and Ella, his brothers and sisters, in-laws and their families, relatives and friends.The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Tuesday, August 9 at 2pm for St Joseph the Worker parish church, Birkirkara, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2.30pm, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Christus Rex Home for the Clergy (Dar tal-Kleru), Birkirkara, will be greatly appreciated. The family wish to thank all the staff at the ITU, Mater Dei Hospital, for their care and dedication.Lord, grant him eternal rest.
