Cynergi Open Day

To celebrate its reopening after a total refurbishment, Cynergi Health and Fitness Club last Thursday hosted an open day. The public was invited to try out the club, with free access to classes, spa facilities, fitness guidance and competitions. The main relaunch event included health and fitness-related activities such as healthy snacks, gifts, membership offers, nutritional advice, personal training offers, BMI and body composition analysis and free massages. The event was a success with an excellent turnout and feedback. The club’s general manager, Jim Harvey, said: “Cynergi has always been committed to getting results for members and its €500,000 refurbishment at the start of this year helps show that commitment.” The event was supported by Carisma, Eatwell, Avene, SVR, Quest Vitamins, Caldesen, Supplement Groups, PASH and John Frieda.
