It’s prinjolata time

It’s an exciting time for Portelli Confectionery in Gozo, known as ‘Ta’ Locci’, which is busy baking traditional Maltese cakes and sweets. Very popular this season is the Carnival prinjolata. Seen here are Portelli brothers George and Michael, who have been baking prinjolata for the past 45 years.
