BARTOLO. On August 1, at her residence in Mellieħa, RITA, widow of John Mary, owner of Half Way Inn Restaurant, Mellieħa, aged 78, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church and surrounded by her family. Dearly missed and never forgotten by her sons Joe and his wife Josephine, Godfrey and his wife Fiona, and David and his partner Loridana, her grandchildren Clayton and his wife Jessica, Gilbert and his fiancée Anya, Kristy and her fiancé Joey, and Jamie, her great-grandchild Logan, her siblings and their respective spouses, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Wednesday, August 3 at 2.30pm for Maria Bambina parish church, Mellieħa, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3.30pm, followed by interment at Omm il-Ħniena Cemetery, Mellieħa. No flowers by request but donations to Hospice Malta, Balzan, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
